This service allows us to work in-depth on 1-2 problem areas using a combination of deep tissue techniques with a Swedish massage flow, and assisted stretching. Cupping may be added into your session if desired. Not recommended for full body.

This service allows us to work in-depth on 1-2 problem areas using a combination of deep tissue techniques with a Swedish massage flow, and assisted stretching.  This service is recommended for those that want a full body massage, and also targeted work for problem areas. Ideal for those than would like more than 60 minutes, but less than 90 minutes.

This service allows us to work in-depth on 2-3 problem areas. A 90 minute full body session is recommended for those who would like a more thorough and deeper massage, leaving us adequate time to address the entire body.  This session allows us to work unhurried and leaves you in a deeper state of relaxation with more time to decompress on the table.

This service allows us to work in-depth on several problem areas without the constraint of time. A 120 minute full body session is recommended for those who love long sessions on the table, and would like to accomplish as much as possible in one session. A full body massage is recommended for this length of session.

Suctioning cups are placed on the back and shoulders and  various areas to relieve extra tension after massaging. Cupping is ideal for those who deal with chronic stiffness and tightness, as it targets the connective tissue (fascia) and brings fresh, oxygenated blood to the tissue. Cupping can be added into any length of service.

Disclaimer: cupping therapy leaves behind circular bruise-like marks that can last up to a week or longer. 

A blend of essential oils are added into every session free of change. Be sure to specify if you have any herbal or floral allergies prior to your session.
